Photo Oct 05, 3 03 06 PMI loved turning 25. Like it was awesome. It was the best age. Now, I'm a very regal 26-year-old.So I thought I should memorialize the fun 25-year-old I was with a little this whole past year of being 25 currently post...Reading: Everything. My favorites from this past year were Tina Fey's Bossy Pants, The Book Thief and The Creative Habit.Listening: Always & Forever: The Civil Wars, Switchfoot, T. Swift and Phillip Phillips. More recently Paola Nuttini.Watching: Revenge. It just keeps getting better. Gilmore Girls and The Blacklist are new for this year. The old faithfuls: Friends, Parks & Rec, The Office, Criminal MindsLoving: Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, my friends babies + weddings, #hoopersonfoot, pastel nail colors, scooter riding, going to bed early.Wearing: Really feeling like I've found my style in the past year. Colored skinny jeans, loose-fitting tops, maxi skirts, solid colored tees. Boots-n-scarves 4eva.Making: Paper has really taken over my crafting time the past year. Lots of minibooks, art journals and Project Life. I also fell hard for watercolors this year.Going: All the places. In my 25th year we ventured to New York, Iowa, Tennessee, Mississippi, around Georgia & South Carolina. Oh and not to mention Korea....Wishing: I can find the perfect city to live in that's warm all year round.Wanting: A little more career clarity....Feeling: All the feelings, right? Mostly hunger though.Finding: Joy in all the tiny adventures in life and remembering to savor moments with people I love.Learning: Lots of technical skills like Photoshop, Illustrator and using my camera manually. Lots of fun skills like watercolor, design and Korean.Hoping: 26 is the year that I figure this career thing out....Its looking pretty promising.Planning: Some really exciting, possibly, career altering, things internet wise. Also planning trips to lots of fun places like Thailand, Malaysia and Europe. Meeting blog friends in real life and seeing old friends again....Missing: My car, my grocery store, my scrapbooking store, quick mail, friends, family, real Dr. Pepper.....Remembering: Our last year in Athens, goodbye parties, wonderful jobs we left, deciding to take the leap to move to Korea, our first few weeks in Korea, magic.Hey 25, you were great. But I think that the regal 26 could possibly top you....
