Fall Scrapbooking

Fall scrapbook with Messy Box by Lauren Likes I haven't worked in my project life for almost 6 months. I was too behind, too overwhelmed and uninterested. I decided, over the summer, that I would try 9x12 next year but then I started thinking that running my scrapbook on a Jan-Dec schedule made no sense with a school calendar. So, when I began thinking of giving up project life altogether, I realized I needed to change my approach. So I will be ending 2015's Project Life in July and starting a 2015-2016 School Year based Project Life starting in August of 2015. I decided to go ahead and just get started with where we were and what I was excited about. I literally wanted to scrapbook that one group photo because we had such a great Thanksgiving, I wanted to truly memorialize it so it would never be lost. Then I added in all the fun little fall photos from this year on one page as I'm not a seasonal scrapbooker, so I figured this was the only chance those photos had at making it into the book. And I love them. Fall scrapbook with Messy Box by Lauren Likes Quick crafters tip: Make your own journal cards. I looked forever to find a journal card that size and shape with the lines the way I wanted and I quickly realized they didn't exist. So a blank piece of cardstock it was. Super simple and exactly what I wanted. Crafting Crisis Averted.Yay for being back! Watch out photos, Im coming for you...Products used: November Messy Box
