Travel Project Life Kit

Travel PL Kit by Lauren Likes 4I would just like to start this out by saying your travel kit is only as good as your Houdini skills. I think I have reached Packing Genie status with this one. Seriously though, to get this bad boy to close you have to play some serious chess to make it all fit. But it does!I've already worked out of this kit to create multiple spreads and am loving it! Creating with less is not only a great challenge, but really makes you evaluate what you actually need...Travel PL kit by Lauren LikesTo house my travel gear, I am using a Project Life box. I went through and pulled out my favorite and most versatile/travel themed cards. I have about one of the little 3x4 slots full of cards. I threw in some Currently cards and am set. I have about 1/3 of the 4x6 slot full as those are what I use the least of.Travel PL Kit by Lauren Likes 3Then I chose my most important tools: scissors, tiny stapler, tape runner, corner rounder, sharpie, micron black pen, hole puncher.Next, embellishments: black ink pad, one Elise Joy stamp (which I'm totally regretting  now and wish I would have also kept 'For the love of' one now), one date stamp and one small roller phrase stamp, pink pen, 5 different washi tapes, a sheet of printable journaling labels from Studio Calico, a piece of ribbon and a book ring (you just never know when you may need them!).I print my photos at Walgreen's, which are on just about every corner here in the US. So all I will need to do is upload them on my phone. ipad or computer (they are super versatile, easy to use and cheap which is why I love them!) and have them printed in an hour or less and I can literally work anywhere. My album will also be traveling with us! Confession: I also brought along my paper trimmer, because I am possibly the worlds worst straight line cutter. Its way too big to fit in this box, but is light weight, so its worth it. But if you aren't cutting challenged like me, you can totally make do with just your scissors!Travel PL Kit by Lauren Likes 2What is in your travel kit? Did I miss anything I'm going to regret?! Let me know in the comments!
