Goodbye + Hello Get Messy!
This day is an amazing day, for many reasons....Today is link up day...Today is the last day of Get Messy as you know it...Today is the last day of Get Messy before our holiday break...Today is the day we are telling you that there is something coming. Something big...Today is the day that one week from today we will tell you what the big, excited, new Get Messy endeavour is...But that will have to wait until next week.....Today is the day we are sharing our responses from this months prompt. I was stumped on what my one word to describe myself right now would be. But as I was honest with myself I found it. It was actually quite therapeutic to repeat over and over again a word that is not the prettiest. I have felt like I am grasping for so much lately. For motivation, for a clear direction in which to go, for so much. And to flesh that out and get all those struggles and fears and worries on paper was just what I needed. Its not the prettiest page Ive ever made, but it perfectly reflects my mood and was just good for me. Thats what art journaling is about. Also, it was quite the realization that I have too many letter stickers and I totally hoard them...
And I obviously had to make a little 'farewell to Get Messy as we know it" page....I love the striped background and those sparkly pink thickers! Im so excited about what we have in store for you!
