Get Messy has been supporting Art Feeds for years and I am so glad we have finally been able to sit down and let others in on how incredible this organization is. They are bringing art to kids in need and we could not be more proud to have a very small hand in that. In our conversation today, Art Feeds founder Meg, shares the Art Feeds story, how she prioritizes her own creativity while working a crazy demanding job, tips for encouraging creativity in kids and ways that you can help bring art + healing to kids near you.

Meg Bourne created Art Feeds, an organization that believes that all children are curious, imaginative, innovative, creative and our greatest resource. To fuel this creativity and expression, Art Feeds offers arts programming in partnership with schools and children's organizations. Meg started  Art Feeds at the age of 19 in 2009 has been instrumental in the recovery of Joplin children and generated innovative programs now used for children worldwide. Meg has now worked with over 5,000 volunteers and 36,000 children. Meg is a fan of sour patch kids, being an aunt, and bad dance moves.
