How She Creates: How Others Affect Our Creative Work with Kercia Jane Ep 513

Does creating for other people affect your creativity? How can you nurture your own creative process and style, while also creating custom work for others? In this episode brand designer, hand letterer, and artist, Kercia, chats with me about how the influence of clients (and even Instagram) affects our creative work. We chat about creative routines, prioritizing our own creative voices, how the input from others affect our work, and lots of creative musings - as always!

Meet Your Guest

Kercia is a designer and artist from a small-ish town in Minnesota. She spends her days creating in a variety of ways. From working with clients to create beautiful graphics to illustrating and lettering artwork, she loves to work with people who are on a mission to make the world a better and more beautiful place. When she’s not doodling or designing, you can find her playing board games with her friends and family, snuggled up on the couch reading, or trying to keep her house plants alive.
